2 1/2 pounds plums pitted and diced
4 peaches
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
sprinkle of salt
3 TBS corn starch
sprinkle of cinnamon
Combine and let sit for an hour
Topping:
Remember the Apple Crisp I made last fall? I used this same Topping. Cook on 350 for about 40 minutes or until plums are soft and topping is crisp. I've yet to try it, but I know it's going to be to die for!
I would love to try it, sounds like heaven!!
