We have opened boxes, unwrapped and unwrapped and unwrapped and we still have a few more boxes to go through, but we are getting there! It does kind of feel like Christmas since I haven't seen this stuff for over 3 years. We have had many trips to the Goodwill and the dumpster. The good news is that we can finally see the floor and the kitchen is all put together. There are no pictures on the walls and there are still a few boxes that need unloaded, but eventually we will have them unpacked and pictures up. I have yet to have gone through my clothes, but that is next which will be a huge project in and of itself.
I'm so grateful my sisters have been here to help, because we have accomplished much more with their help, especially Tenielle's because she is the organizer in our group.
So yes, I'm still alive, but super busy putting things together. So until everything looks perfect, there will be no photo's, but soon, oh so very soon!
So excited for your fresh start in your new apartment, Terah! This time of year I'm always day dreaming of warm places, so wear some flip flops for me and have a fabulous day!

ReplyDeleteI'm getting there...there are always lingering boxes when you move and then when you move again, they are still there and you end up tossing them.
