Panera Bread For Dinner.

Today was a very successful day. I cleaned my house major. It needed it so bad. Mom says I should just hire someone to come clean it every few weeks. A hello, I have lawn boys, that is hire out enough. And plus, I can clean my own house. It is just that dang mold that won't stop growing in my toilets. Even though one little me has three toilets and I mostly use just one, they all have to be cleaned. Two loads of laundry got done today also. I love the feeling of a clean house and laundry done. Went to the supermarket and then when I got home my friend Wendy was over relaxing. Yes, she really comes over to relax. There is never someone yelling mom at my house. We then used the Victorian strainer to strain 5 gallons of tomato's which came from Nick's garden (thank you). This gave us the perfect amount of 2 gallons of juice. We then cut up the other ingredients for spaghetti sauce. This spaghetti sauce making is quite the process. We'll talk more of that tomorrow. Finally at 5pm I took a shower and got ready for the day. Then I met my friend Emily for dinner. Yes cousin Alisha we went without you. We had a wonderful time at Panera Bread chatting and catching up. I thought of you Alisha when I got there, when I got my food and when I left. Yes, I know you love it. Too bad there isn't one out there. Maybe you should open a franchise. But I did take a picture for you, however I look very frumpy; not the best picture.
I know doesn't it look delicious? It was and the bread was hot. Asian Chicken Salad and vegetable pesto soup yummy. I could have had seconds!

On my way home I had a lovely chat with Nick's Grandmother. She has the most beautiful, slow, southern accent. I could listen to her talk all day. I'm sure I talk way to fast for her with my western talk, but she doesn't pay it any attention that I know of. She is always full of nice words and advice. She did surprise me though when she told me that Nick always compliments me and never says anything negative about me. That sure makes a girl feel good and she tells me I'm special to her. She is so sweet; what treat it has been to have her in my life.

  1. I'm laughing because you always complain about your moldy toilets. =) And now I'm thinking about Panera...which isn't good because I'm starving, and I know there's nothing that interesting or delicious in my kitchen! =)

  2. I'm in the process of making spaghetti sauce. Come on over and taste test it. It needs something that I can't quite figure out.
