I made some pretty delicious muffins for the RS birthday bash. Really however they were a cupcake recipe that I got from a cookbook that my sister gave me for Christmas of all sorts of different cupcakes. I promised that I would put the recipe up on my blog, so here it is.
Harvest Pumpkin Cupcakes
1 box spice cake mix
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup milk
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Mix
Cook 15-18 minutes, for mini cupcakes I cooked them about 12 minutes on 350
