Lemon Salmon

I'm not very good at cooking fish.  It is always dry when I make it and I never know what kind of seasonings to use.  However I made the best salmon today...are you ready for the recipe?

In a bowl mix juice from 1 lemon, zest from 1/2 lemon, 1 tsp garlic, 1 T olive oil, 1/4 c fresh parsley, a few shakes of basil and oregano and I used a few shakes of the Jose Can You Sea seasoning that I got from MVY.  Mix and marinate two 4 ounce pieces of salmon for at least 30 minutes.  Cook on 350 for 10-12 minutes.

This was so moist and delicious!  I had it with steamed green beans with a squeeze of lemon!  Made for one healthy and amazing meal!
