Asian (Fresh) Tuna Salad

Remember that fantastic salad I had on Friday?  It was so good that I have been craving it since, so tonight I recreated it.  Of course I put in my touches and it was delicious.  I'm trying to eat at least 2 servings of fish a week.  I don't think I can get enough fish; I love it so much (Stella say's "so much" all the time.  I think it is so cute!).  When I was in my second year of grad school I visited The Italian Stallion in New Orleans, where I was introduced to grilled tuna.  I will never forget how amazing the taste was and I can't believe it has taken me this long to have it again.  Tuna will now be stocked in my refrigerator, especially when it goes on sale for 6 dollars a pound.  It sounds like a lot, but you get a lot of fish for that price.  I don't like canned tuna, fresh tuna tastes nothing like canned.

Mixed greens...I used spinach, kale and romaine
Red pepper (My touch)
Edamame (put them in a pan, bring to boil and then cool with cold water)
Wasabi peas and browned sesame seeds (bought in bulk at Winco)
Avocado
Cherry tomato's
Pomegranate seeds (My touch)
Kraft Light Asian Sesame Dressing
Seared Tuna (Seared means only done on the outside, because Aunt Leslie wanted it cooked through I did it, but not next time.  I like it juicy).
I bought this fantastic Asian seasoning at Tj Maxx last week and love it.  I seasoned my Tuna with this, then browned the sesame seeds in the left over olive oil and seasoning.

Walla...This was so yummy, in fact that I'm going to fix it again later this week!
